  • A trainer will be on the floor at all times coaching

My name is AJ Ryan and I’ve lived in Phoenixville my whole life. I’m a true believer in the benefits of staying physically active and I am excited to share my passion with you.

My philosophy when it comes to training is simple. I want to improve the quality of your life through fitness by meeting you where you are at regardless of your fitness level or experience. My goal is to encourage, support, and push you to be better everyday through exercise.

My name is Khalil Ervin and I was born and raised in Malvern. I now live in Phoenixville and I love the people and culture of this town. A few of my passions are family and fitness.
